摘要
建立了一种利用三相液相微萃取技术进行样品前处理、高效液相色谱进行测定饮品中酒石酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸的分析方法。研究表明,该样品前处理方法集萃取、富集、净化为一步,具有快速、有效、绿色的特点;酒石酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸的检测限(S/N=3)分别为0.62μg·mL-1、0.35μg·mL-1、0.16μg·mL-1。回收率在88%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。
A method for the determination of tartaric acid, malic acid and citric acid in drink by liquid phase chromatography (HPLC) with liquid phase microextraction (LPME) were developed. The method integrated extraction, enrichment and clean-up into one step. It was fast, effective and “green”, with a low detection limits of tartaric acid (0.621μg·mL^-1, S/N = 3), malic acid (0.35μg·mL^-1, S/N = 3) and citric acid (0.16 μg·mL^-1, S/N = 3), recovery rate of 88-103.2% and RSD of〈 5%.
