摘要 可诱导共刺激分子(ICOS)是CD28家族的第3个成员,它在效应性T细胞上的表达具有正性共刺激作用。最新研究显示ICOS在CD4^+调节性T细胞(Treg)表达与其免疫抑制功能有关,并因为在过敏性疾病、肿瘤免疫、自身免疫性疾病的发生过程中发挥重要作用而受到广泛关注。 Inducible costimulator (ICOS) is the third member of CD28 family. The expression of ICOS on effective T cell has postive costimulatory activities. ICOS is also expressed on regulatory T cell (Treg) and has functions for immue inhibition. Recent researches showed that the expression of ICOS on Treg played an essential role in the development of allergic diseases, tumor immunity and autoimmue diseases. Manipulating this pathway may have clinical implication.
