摘要
Th1、Th2细胞分化及其相互之间的平衡在免疫应答的调节中起重要作用，Th1／Th2细胞分化受多种因素影响，其中，转录因子T-bet、GATA-3对其具有重要的调节作用。多种疾病的发生、发展和预后均涉及Th1／Th2分化失衡。T-bet和GATA-3对Th1／Th2分化的调控作用、在疾病中的可能作用机制及其研究进展，有助于揭示多种疾病的发病机制，为治疗疾病提供帮助。
The differentiation of Th1 ,Th2 cell and the balance between them play important roles in the regulation of immune responses. The differentiation of Thl ,Th2 cell is affected by several factors, in which transcription factors T-bet and GATA-3 are particularly important. Disequilibrium of Thl and Th2 differentiation is involved in pathogenesis, development and prognosis of many diseases. This article reviews the effects of T-bet/ GATA-3 in the regulation of Th1/Th2 differentiation, their significance in the pathogenesis of diseases, and the study progress of these areas. This will help reveal pathogenesis of many diseases and provide new therapeutical approaches in clinical practices.
