摘要
目的 树突状细胞(DC)是目前所知的功能最强大的专职抗原递呈细胞(APC),具有强大的免疫应答的能力,而致耐受树突状细胞(Tol-DC)在中枢和外周耐受的形成和维持中起着重要作用。Tol-DC所具有的诱导免疫耐受的特性使其在移植免疫耐受诱导及自身免疫性疾病的治疗等方面展现出独特的应用前景。近年来,Tol-DC的诱导方法及在临床中的应用也越来越受到人们的重视。
Dendritic cells(DC) are known as the most potent professional antigen presenting cells(APC) bearing the responsibility of initiating protective immune responses. In contrast ,tolerogenic dendritic cells( Tol-DC ) play a critical role in the for mation and maintenance of central and peripheral tolerance. Because of the ability of inducing immunological tolerance ,Tol-DC have a unique application future in many fields such as transplantation immunity tolerance and therapy of autoimmune diseases. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the induction and clinical application of Tol-DC. Here we briefly review the inducing methods and clinical application of Tol-DC.
