Determination of Catalpol in Baihe Gujin Pills With HPLC Method

目的:建立百合固金丸中梓醇的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:水-乙腈(99.5:0.5),检测波长:210nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:梓醇线性范围为3.14-31.4μg.mL-1,r=0.9996,回收率为98.68%,RSD%为1.27%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制百合固金丸中梓醇含量的作用。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of Catalpol in Baihe gujin pills. Methods： Catalpol in Baihe gujin pills was determined by HPLC, using kromasil C18 column, water-acetonitrile （99.5：0.5） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1. Results： The linear range of Catalpol was 3.14-31.4 μg.mL^-1, coefficient correlation r was 0.9996, the average recovery of Catatpol was 98.68% with RSD% of 1.27%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of Catalpol in Baihe gujin pills.
