摘要
目的:观察糖心通对STZ高脂糖尿病模型大鼠TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α、PAI-1水平的影响。方法:以腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)并辅以高脂饮食喂养造成STZ高脂糖尿病模型大鼠,观察糖心通对大鼠血栓烷素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)的影响。结果:糖心通能显著降低糖尿病大鼠血浆TXB2水平,并升高血浆6-Keto-PGFlα水平,同时降低血清PAI-1水平。与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖心通具有较好的保护血管内皮功能的作用。
Objective:To observe the Tangxintong particles' efficacy of laboratory animals' TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α,PAI-1 level. Methods: We established the High-fat diabetic rat models by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) and feeding high-fat diet to the rats. Then we observe the Tangxintong particles' impact of TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α,PAI-1 level. Results: The Tangxintong particles can reduce the level of plasma TXB2 of diabetic rats significantly,increase plasma 6-Keto-PGF1α level and reduce PAI-1 level of serum. Conclusion: The Tangxintong particles have good protective function to blood vessel bast function.
