摘要
在火电厂水力输灰系统结垢机理及灰水静态溶出特性研究的基础上,针对电厂灰中氧化钙含量丰富的神府东胜煤开展了水力输灰系统结垢的动态模拟研究。分别对灰成份、管道材质、灰水流速、输灰水回收率、灰水在灰库的停留时间、灰水在输灰管中的运行时间以及沿程对结垢的影响等因素进行了分析讨论。试验结果表明:采用橡皮管材、提高灰水流速、提高输灰水回收率及灰水在灰库停留时间均可降低灰水结垢速率;当灰水在输灰管中流动时,起初结垢速率比较低,但随着时间的延长,结垢速率逐渐增加直至达到一稳定值;沿程结垢情况和沿时结垢情况不同。在入口处结垢速率较高。
Based on the study of static state dissolving attribution of wet ash transportation system in power plant, the dynamic state simulation scale of wet ash transportation system directed against SFDS coal ash rich in CaO is studied in this paper. Following factors are analyzed spearately: ash sort, tube material, flow speed of ash water, recovery rate of transportation water, retention period of ash water in ash tanker, operating period in tube and scale along tube. The results show, the content of basic oxide, especiously the content of soluble basic oxide in ash has decisive effect on scale. As ash transportation tube, rubbish can reduce the speed of scale effectively, improving the flow speed, recovery rate of ash water and retention period in ash tanker can reduce the speed of scale too. During ash water flows in ash transportation tube, the spped of scale is lower at first, but it will become higher with time until to an approximately stable constant. Scale along tube is different to scale with time, the situation of scale is serious in the entrance, but the speed of scale is in exponential decay along the tube.
