摘要
给出了用自由体法和应力分析设计法的原理对锅炉集箱热旋压封头进行应力分析和强度评定的方法。用自由体的厚壁公式和薄壁边界效应解计算应力是偏于安全的。给出的方法可以作为修订ＧＢ９２２２－８８《水管锅炉受压元件强度计算》时的参考。
A method analyzing stress and evaluating strength based on the free body method and stress analysis for the heat rotary pressing head of boiler header is given in this paper. It trands toward safety that the strength is calculated by the free body thick wall formula and the thin wall boundary effect resolution. The method given in this paper can be consulted for revise of the national standard GB9222 88 “Strength Calculation for Pressing Components of Tube Boilers”
