摘要
本文从房地产课程所做的一次关于老年人住宅需求意向的调查报告着手，分析了长沙市老年人住宅发展及居住现状，提出了一些建议和措施。
This paper is made from real estate courses on the demand for elderly residential intention to proceed the investigation report,and analyzes the residential development in Changsha City and the elderly to live the status quo,and put forward some proposals and measures.
