校园文化对高职院校核心竞争力的增强与师生素质的提升具有重要作用。航海类高职院校构建航海文化应该从目的、方法与载体等方面来把握。

The campus culture of a HVE college plays an important role in strengthening its core competitiveness and improving the quality of its teachers and students. This paper put forth a point of view that the HVE colleges should attach more importance to the purpose, method and carrier when they are cultivating their campus maritime culture.
