高职文秘专业多元化实践性教学模式的思考

On the diversified practical teaching pattern of secretarial major in HVE colleges

针对目前高职文秘专业实践性教学所面临问题,提出高职文秘专业多元化实践性教学模式。加强校内模拟实训过程管理,充分利用多元化"情境"实践性教学模式来构建文秘专业的实践教学体系,以实现高技能型文秘专业人才的培养目标。

Having analyzed the problems existing in the current practical teaching of secretarial major in HVE colleges, this paper put forward a diversified practical teaching pattern, which means that we must enhance the simulated training in school and set up a practical teaching system by fully exploring the diversified practical teaching pattern in all kinds of ＂scenarios＂, thus, we can fulfill the target to foster the high - skilled secretaries.
