农村公共产品供给不足的制度经济学分析

Analysis of the Insufficient Supplies of Rural Public Goods from the Prospective of Institutional Economics

我国农村公共产品供给不足直接原因是投入资金不足,但其根本原因是农村公共产品供给的制度供给不足所致,因而我们在建立社会主义新农村的过程中,必须进行相应的制度变迁才能改善农村公共产品普遍短缺的现状。

The shortage of investment funds is the direct cause of insufficient supplies of China＇ s rural public goods, but the fundamental cause is the insufficient institutional supplies. So we must make corresponding institutional changes to improve the general shortage of rural public goods during the course of establishing the new socialism rural areas.
