摘要
针对离散制造企业在生产现场质量数据采集与管理过程中存在的实时性差、准确性不高等问题,设计了一套以条码为线索、基于CAN总线的分布式现场质量数据采集系统。给出了系统的总体配置结构、硬件电路、软件流程以及与计算机辅助质量管理(Computer-Aided Quality management,CAQ)系统的集成方案。实现了生产现场质量数据的实时准确采集与统计分析,并通过实例验证了系统的有效性。
To deal with the problems of long lag and poor veracity in quality data acquisition in intermittent manufacturing process, a set of distributed data acquisition system based on bar code and CAN bus was developed. The architecture of the system was presented. The hardware circuit, software flowchart and the integration scheme with Computer-Aided Quality (CAQ) System were put forward. By this system ,the quality data can be collected accurately and timely, and the collected quality data can be transmitted in time to CAQ system. Finally, a case was provided to testify the validity of the system.
