摘要
增压器叶轮的结构特别复杂,其产品的数字化过程非常困难。在对叶轮结构进行详细分析的基础上,阐述测量方式的选择、障碍物的处理、测量点云的重定位、旋转中心的确定和边界棱线的测量等一系列合理的数字化策略,并通过这些策略,实现对增压器叶轮的数字化。
Digitization of complicated products such as supercharger impeller is very difficult. Based on detailed analysis of structure of supercharger impeller, a series of sensible digitization strategies such as selection of measurement mode, treatment of impediment, registration of data cloud, definiteness of rotating center, measurement of boundary ridge, were elaborated on. At last, digitization of supercharger impeller was realized by means of these strategies.
