摘要 棘爪弹簧是3S自动同步离合器中的关键部件,针对棘爪弹簧的设计构造,传统的经验公式计算棘爪弹簧力学特性时与实际工作情况有很大的偏差,通过Pro/E三维建模,利用Nastran有限元软件分析棘爪弹簧的刚度特性,给出载荷-变形特性图,得出棘爪弹簧在受力作用时的易损部位,并通过试验检验了有限元分析的可行性和准确性,为同类型产品的设计计算提供了参考。 Torsion spring is of great importance to synchronizing-self-shift clutch, which makes that ratchet-pawl mechanism engages automatically at high speed. According to torsion spring designing, mechanical analysis has more difference between empirical formula and actual working condition, so model was established on Pro/E software, stiffness characteristic of spring is analysed by using MSC. Patran/Nastran software to present the load-deflection curves and damageable zone of spring during loading process. Experiment verified the design. The method and conclusion can be used for the design and analysis of the similar products.
