摘要
在水力清洗阳极板执行机构的设计中,采用虚拟样机技术,设计了独特的剪式升降台。通过对升降台的动力学仿真分析,得出各关键节点的力学参数。基于动力学分析结果,运用有限元分析的方法对易失效部件进行强度校核。验证设计的可行性。实践表明,采用虚拟样机技术,将运动仿真分析与以有限元为基础的静力仿真分析结合起来,可以很好地完成运动机构的设计。
In the design of a anode board cleaning mechanism, protoyping technology is used ; a special X-shaped up-down platform is devised . By using dynamics simulation, force parameters of key nodes of the mechanism are obtained . Based on those force parameters, method of finite elements analysis is used to check the strength of those fragile parts . The feasibility of the design is proven. Also, it is proven that using virtual protoyping technoloy to combine dynamic simulation and static simulation based on finite elements analysis can perform the design of dynamic mechanism very well.
