摘要
分析矿用自卸车举升液压系统工作过程,利用AMESim仿真平台建立自卸车举升液压系统的动力学模型,设置模型中的主要参数进行动力学仿真,并分析仿真结果。仿真结果表明:各级液压缸伸出时有明显的压力冲击,进油插装阀节流口直径越大,则进油插装阀的开启速度越大,压力冲击越小,反之亦然。
The process of mining truck hoisting hydraulic system was analyzed, the hoisting hydraulic system of mining truck was modeled in AMESim, and main parameters of the model of the hoisting hydraulic system were set. The dynamics simulation of the hydraulic system was achieved, and the simulation results were analyzed. The simulation results show that a clear impact was exist at the moment of each stage of the hydraulic cylinder extending, the smaller diameter of the orifice in the cartridge valve, the longer opening time and the smaller impact, and vice versa.
