摘要
基于对X-Y移动工作台的工作能力扩展,提出运动解耦的三维动力平台的设计方案,讨论其运动形式和驱动控制方式,同时根据动力平台的具体工作要求对其空间结构、连接传动方式和密封方式等进行具体设计分析。
Based on extending the work ability of X-Y dimension translating bench,the design scheme of the motion decoupled 3- D dynamical bench was proposed, its motion form and driving control method were discussed. Also, according to the concrete working requirements for the dynamical bench, discussed and designed in detail the spatial structure, connection style, transmission mode, sealing method and so on.
