直流电弧炉用整流变压器漏抗值设计较一般电力变压器大,整流器换相时间延长。当工作电流设计不合理时,易使三相桥式相控整流器工作在非正常换相状态,即出现换相重叠和换相延迟现象。若采用不同形式的晶闸管门极触发脉冲,将导致不同的整流波形。因此,直流电弧炉工作电流设计应尽量避免进入该区域。
Because leakage inductance value of rectiformer used in DC EAF is larger than common power transformer, the rectifier has longer commutation time. When working current is designed unreasonably three phase bridge phase controlled rectifier is easy to work in an innormal commutation state, in other words, commutation overlap and commutation delay might happen. Different triggering pulses will result in different rectification waves. Thus,it must be avoided to design the working current of DC EAF into this region.
