介绍了冷坩埚悬浮熔炼的发展和特点,分析计算了不同坩埚形状对悬浮力的影响。冷坩埚悬浮熔炼具有操作简单、对物料无污染、铸锭成分均匀等优点,特别适合钛合金、高纯合金等的熔炼。本文采用了NoboruDemukai的计算公式,假设感应涡流仅在坩埚表面流动,分析计算了不同坩埚底孔大小、不同坩埚收缩段高度对物料所受悬浮力的影响,为优化坩埚参数、设计浇铸型悬浮熔炼冷坩埚提供了理论依据。
The development and characteristics of cold crucible levitation melting are introduced, and the influence of different crucible shapes upon levitation force is analyzed. Cold crucible levitation melting has such advantages as operating simply, no contamination to the charge and homogeneous chemical composition, so it is suitable to melt titanium alloys and high purity alloy. Supposing that eddy current flows on crucible skin only, the influence of different radius of crucible's bottom hole and different height of shrinking segment upon levitation force is calculated by Noboru Demukai's formula. The results provide the theoretical basis to improve crucible parameter and to design cold crucible of casting type.
