横结肠巨大黏膜下脂肪瘤一例

摘要 患者男，70岁。2008年3月31日因腹痛、腹泻、大便带血5d入院。查体于中上腹可扪及一12cm×5cm条索状包块，质韧，边界尚清，活动度可，伴触痛。CT检查示慢性结肠-结肠套叠（升结肠肝曲、横结肠和降结肠脾曲及网膜系膜可能套入），管壁增厚，考虑合并结肠壁间质来源占位性病变。肠镜检查示横结肠腔内见一4cm×10cm的软组织肿物,
