摘要
针对整流变频装置谐波抑制的特点,提出了一种宽带滤波器解析设计方法。这种形式的滤波器对整流变频设备有较好的滤波效果,同时能够在基波下对系统呈现感性或者阻性,满足较弱的发电机系统对负载感性要求,适用于功率因数较高的变频拖动负载及中频炉等负载。采用此方法设计了20kW变频器用滤波器,在实验室进行了滤波器效果测试,结果表明该滤波器在电压稳定、无功功率补偿和谐波抑制方面均能达到理想效果。采用此类型滤波器对某钢厂800kW中频炉设备进行了谐波治理,设备投运后各项指标均能达到预计的技术要求。
An analytical design method of the broadband passive harmonic filter for three phase diode rectifier and varying frequency device is presented. This type of passive filter is suit for adjustable speed drives or medium-frequency induction furnace with high power factor, because the filter turns out to be a resistance or an inductance in fundamental frequency, which also meat the requirement of a week grid. A filter is designed for 20kW adjustable speed drives, and the performances of the filter are evaluated in library. The results show that the desired voltage rating, reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression are achieved. This type of filter also be used to suppress the harmonic generate by an 800kW medium-frequency induction furnace. The filter is put into operation successfully with the entire items meet the technical requirements,
