基于有限容积法的小口径速射火炮身管传热仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对小口径高射速火炮的特点,将传热学理论应用于身管传热计算及温度场分析,采用有限容积法对身管温度场分布情况进行了数值模拟。以某型小口径高射速火炮为研究对象,建立了身管传热的物理模型,用有限容积法将导热方程离散化,然后用Gauss-Seidel迭代方法求解代数方程组,并且编制了实用直观的仿真软件,对身管温度场的变化规律做出预测。 Pointed on the characteristic of minor-caliber rapid-firing gun, the theory of heat transfer is used in calculation of barrel' s heat transfer and analysis of temperature field distribution,and finite volume method is used in numerical simulation of barrel' s temperature field distribution. Some type of minor-caliber rapid-firing guns are researched, a physical model of barrel' s heat transfer is established, equations of heat transfer is discreted by finite volume method, then algebraic equations are solved by Gauss-Seidel iteration, compose simulation software which is practical and visual, finally the variable rule of barrel' s temperature field distribution is divined.
