5-LOX mRNA和COX-2 mRNA在结直肠癌中的表达及二者的相互关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究5脂氧合酶(5-LOX)和环氧合酶2(COX-2)在结直肠癌中的表达及二者的相互关系。方法用RT-PCR检测39例结直肠癌标本中5-LOX mRNA和COX-2 mRNA的表达。结果5-LOX mRNA和COX-2 mRNA在结直肠癌组织中的表达率分别为84.6%(33/39)及76.9%(30/39),均与结直肠癌临床分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度有关。但两者无相关性(P>0.05)。结论5-LOX mRNA和COX-2 mRNA在结直肠癌组织中表达增高,提示了在研究结直肠癌治疗和预防时可采取对代谢途径抑制这一新方向。
