摘要 对一种新型铜基无银电触头材料的热处理工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:合金经1070℃×8 h固溶处理后,组织比较均匀,获得单一α相,硬度达到最低值(118 HV),有利于电触头的加工成型;再经500℃×4 h时效处理后,组织均匀弥散,合金硬度达到最大值(292 HV),并且电学性能优良,可以满足触头在工作状态下对材料性能的要求。 The heat treatment process of new copper based non-silver electrical contact material was researched. The results show: ①After 1070 ℃ × 8 h solution treatment, the uniform microstructure and a single α phase are obtained, the minimum hardness is 118 HV, and helpful to the electrical contact molding processing. ②After 500 ℃ × 4 h ageing treatment, the microstructure disperses uniformly, the maximum hardness is 292.5 HV, the material has excellent electrical properties, which meets the performance requirements of contact material at working.
