摘要
对45钢制模板进行硼碳共渗表面强化,渗后分别进行淬火+低温回火和调质处理。结果表明,45钢制模板渗后获得了较大的共渗层厚度,渗后进行淬火+低温回火的模板其表层显微硬度和耐磨性高于渗后进行调质处理的模板。经生产实践检验,硼碳共渗后进行调质处理的模板,其使用寿命高于渗后进行淬火+低温回火的模板。
Solid powder boro-carbonization were carried on the 45 steel template, quenching+tempering at low-temperature and quenching+tempering at high-temperature were carried out separately after boro-carbonization. The results show that the 45 steel templates gain the thicker layer after boro-carbonization, the surface microhardness and the wear resistance of the template after quenching +tempering at low-temperature are higher than those after quenching +tempering at high-temperature. After production examination, the service life of the template after boro-carbonization and quenching +tempering at high-temperature is longer than that after boro-carbonization and quenching+tempering at low-temperature.
