摘要
研究了热处理对双金属复合管X60/2205组织及力学性能的影响,对不同热处理状态下的复合管进行了金相组织分析和力学性能检验。结果表明:经固溶+回火处理后,X60/2205的力学性能满足标准要求;随固溶温度的提高,强度逐渐降低,塑性先降后升;随回火保温时间的延长,强度、塑性明显降低,经过分析,主要是脆性相的析出所致。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of bimetallic clad pipe X60/2205 were studied. The morphology and mechanical properties of clad pipe were analyzed under different heat treatments. The results show that the mechanical properties of X60/2205 satisfy the requirement of relative criteria; the strength decreases and the plasticity decreases first and then increasies with the increase of solution temperature; the strength and plasticity decrease much with the increase of tempering time, and the decline of the strength and plasticity is mainly caused by the precipitation of brittle phase.
