80钢丝在贝氏体转变后强韧化的研究

摘要 80钢丝在一系列等温淬火热处理后发生贝氏体转变,对其进行拉伸强度和弯折次数测量,研究了实验工艺对强度和韧性的影响。结果表明,80钢丝在880℃奥氏体化、260℃保温可得到贝氏体组织,其强度和韧性有较好的配合。 Bainite transformation of 80 steel wire was taken place after a series of isothermal quenching heat treatments. The effects of test processes on strength and toughness of 80 wire were studied, the tensile strength and bending were measured. The results show that the bainite microstructure of 80 steel wire is obtained when austenitizing at 880 ℃ and salt-treated at 260 ℃, its strength and toughness have a good fit.
