CpG ODN作为黏膜免疫佐剂的研究进展

Advances in research on CpG oligodeoxynucleotides as mucosal immunomodulatory adjuvants

经黏膜免疫因其简便易行、可同时激发黏膜免疫和系统免疫应答等优点受到极大关注。但由于存在黏膜屏障,能有效介导黏膜免疫应答的佐剂已成为研究热点。在诸多在研佐剂中,CpG ODN具有极强的黏膜免疫激活作用,诱导以Th1型为主的免疫应答,具有广阔的应用前景,本文综述了CpG ODN作为黏膜免疫佐剂的研究进展。

Being user-friendly and efficient for initiating both the mucosal and systemic immunity, immunization through mucous membrane has played a more and more important role. To overcome the mucosal barrier, proper mucosal adjuvants are pivotal for stimulating mucosal immunity. CpG oligodeoxynucleotides can induce Th1 type immune response and possess the action of mucosal immune activation. In this paper the immune activation and the use of CpG ODN as mucosal adjuvant are reviewed.
