摘要
1920年Scheuermann首先报告了青少年驼背畸形（kyphosis deformans juvenalis），这种特有畸形是以胸椎椎体为主要部位的骨骺环发育明显不规则造成的胸腰椎后凸畸形。后来有很多学者相继报道此病，并称之为Scheuermann病。其发生率约占总人群的0.4％-8.3％^[1,2]，男性多于女性，约为（3-4）：1，具有家族遗传倾向。
