摘要 目的探讨异丙甲草胺的免疫毒性作用。方法小鼠经口灌胃染毒异丙甲草胺3周,迟发型超敏反应试验检测细胞免疫,定量分光光度法和半数溶血值测定法检测体液免疫功能,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验检测非特异性免疫功能。结果异丙甲草胺各剂量组胸腺脏体比和足趾厚度差与对照组比较均无统计学差异;异丙甲草胺高、中剂量组脾脏体比、半数溶血值、脾细胞抗体生成细胞数和吞噬指数均降低,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论异丙甲草胺可抑制小鼠体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能,对细胞免疫功能无明显影响,因此认为异丙甲草胺具有免疫毒性作用。 Objective To explore the immunotoxicity effect of metolachlor on mice. Methods Mice were given metolachlor by oral for 3 weeks, delayed hypersensitivity test was used to determine the cell immune function, quantitative spectrophotometry method and half hemolysis value method were used to determine the humoral immune function and peritoneal macrophage swallowing chicken red blood cells test was used to evaluate the nonspecific immune function. Results There was no significant difference of the ratio of thymus to body weight and thickness of foot pad between metolachlor groups and control group. The ratio of spleen to body weight, half hemolysis value, the amount of antibody-producing cells and the index of phagocytosis decreased in high and middle experimental groups, compared to control ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusions Metolachlor can inhibit humoral immune function and nonspecific immune function of mice, so it is considered that metolachlor has immunotoxicity effect.
