大孔吸附树脂分离纯化红松松塔水提物

摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化松塔水提物的工艺。方法使用大孔吸附树脂,采用动态吸附-解吸模式进行纯化,通过动态吸附曲线观察吸附量及洗脱能力;利用HPLC法检测纯化后松塔水提物的含量。结果最佳条件为大孔吸附树脂柱柱床体积(BV)的一半;蒸馏水洗脱的体积为5 BV;所用洗脱剂为体积分数40%的乙醇,用量为8 BV。结论弱极性树脂AB-8适合用于松塔水提物的纯化。 Objective To explore the process of separation and purification of aqueous extract of pinecone of Pinus Koraiensis by macroporous adsorption resins. Methods The dynamic adsorption-desorption characteristics was used to purify the sample by macroporous adsorption resins. The adsorption quantity and eluting power were investigated by dynamic adsorption curve. The contents of the effective fraction of aqueous extract of pinecone of Pinus Koraiensis were determined by HPLC after purification. Results The optimal condition was that the maximum adsorption quantity of macroporous adsorption resins was hail the volume of the resin bed(BV) ,the volume of water was 5 BV and the volume of 40% (V/V) ethanol as eluant was 8 BV. Conclusion AB-8 macroporous adsorption resins can effectively and simply be used to separate and purify the aqueous extract of pinecone of Pinus Koraiensis.
