摘要
针对传统的维修工艺和所用辅助设备存在封堵距离可变性小、封堵密封效果差、不能保持管道的完整性等问题,围绕遥控封堵系统的关键技术之一——封堵和解封控制技术进行了研究。根据封堵模块的遥控密封和解封原理,完成了AVR单片机及主控硬件电路设计,给出了封堵模块密封和解封主程序软件流程及其算法,同时利用C语言环境进行编程并调试。采用AT-mega169单片机作为控制器,4×4阵列小键盘输入时间,8位共阳LED数码管显示,蜂鸣器自动报警电路等实现封堵模块自动密封和解封的试验模拟。试验结果表明,在注油和卸油2种状态下,可很好地实现对液压源泵送压力和工作状况的实时控制。
With regard to the problems such as small variability of sealing distance, bad sealing effect and failure to keep pipeline system intact, a study has been done on the sealing and solution control techniques. According to the principles of sealing and unsealing of plugging module, in two situations of oiling and offloading, the design of the power source, the connection and the main controlling hardware circuit is fulfilled; the program flowchart software and algorithm is given; and the programming and adjustment are conducted by using C language. The simulation test of the sealing and unsealing of plugging module is carried out by means of ATmega169 singlechip controller, 4×4 array keyboard for inputting time, a LED screen for display and a buzzer with automatically alarming circuit. Findings show a real-time control of hydraulic supply pressure and working conditions under oiling and offloading.
