摘要
针对有杆泵抽油井管杆普遍存在的腐蚀、磨损问题,研究了一种碳锆复合树脂涂料,用于油管内表面涂覆,以提高普通油管的抗磨防腐特性。通过对碳锆复合树脂内涂层油管进行抗磨防腐性能试验,证明内涂层油管抗磨性能比普通J55油管高3倍,相对应的20GrMo杆接箍材料的磨损量降低近1/2。346井次工业化应用证明,采用碳锆复合树脂内涂层油管,偏磨井平均生产周期能延长2.1倍以上,而且90%的实施井目前继续生产,抽油井管杆防偏磨效果明显。
Carbon-zirconium compound resin is developed to coat on the internal surface of the tubing, for the purpose of improving its resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Anti corrosion tests and reciprocating wear tests with carbon-zirconium compound coated tubing, indicate that its anti corrosive performance is 3 times that of normal J55 tubing, with a 1/2 reduction of the reciprocating wear of the 20GrMo sucker rod. The industrial applications in Shengli oilfield prove that carbon-zirconium compound coated tubing works in service 2.1 times longer that of common tubing.
