摘要
针对目前我国各大油田普遍采用配制水基基液方法工艺技术落后,劳动强度大,配液速度慢,配制的基液粘度低、波动大,基液中稠化剂和各种液体添加剂分散不均,以及配液质量差、浪费大的问题,研制了CSGT-180A压裂液自动控制混配车。该混配车与压裂设备现场配套作业,解决了从配液站向施工现场运送压裂液的数量和质量问题,大大提高压裂施工改造效果,节约大量压裂综合成本,减轻环境污染。现场试验及应用表明,该混配车工作可靠,运转平稳,能够连续配制基液,可根据生产要求随时调节工作参数,满足生产需要。
This paper introduces the development of CSGT-180A apparatus for automatically-controlled fracturing fluid blending, which helps solve the problem of transportation of the amount of fracturing fluid and its quality problem as well, enhancing the result of fracturing treatment, with much lower comprehensive cost and less environmental pollution. Field tests and application prove that the apparatus can meet the need of production with its stable performance, continuous fluid production and adjustable parameters.
