为了解决东北严寒地区冻土层打地锚困难的问题,研制开发了ZYT5160TDM型地锚车。该地锚车集钻进、打桩、拔桩功能为一体,使用时可以先将冻土层钻透,然后再将地锚桩打入地下。新型地锚车采用全液压集中控制,具有钻进结构及防碰功能。现场应用情况表明,该地锚车钻进速度快,打拔地锚桩力大,工作效率高,安全可靠,操作方便,能减轻工人的劳动强度,能够适应严寒地区冻土层地锚的要求,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

In order to solve the difficulty of spinning into the frozen earth in frozen regions in northeast China, a new-type of ground anchor truck is developed, which can be used for drilling and spinning in & out ground anchor operations. The field using indicates that the ground anchor has the following advantages of fast drilling, large pile pull, high working efficiency and convenient operation, so it can meet the requirement of screwing anchor to frozen earth in cold area in north-east China and has a good extension and application prospect.
