摘要
为解决大庆油田新型调剖剂降本增效新技术研究的瓶颈问题,研发了一种专门向井下注特殊沥青悬浮液的注聚装置。该装置主要由机械机构、液压系统、自动控制系统3部分组成。其中机械机构作为各种动作的载体,实现向井下注聚合物的功能;液压系统提供动力;自动控制系统实现工作流程的自动控制。分析了克服沥青悬浮液在阀门内表面及注液缸体内沉积粘结等关键技术。型式试验及现场试验均表明,该注聚装置满足用户现场使用要求,达到了设计目标。
This paper deals with the development of a device used for the injection of a special asphalt suspension liquid into oil wells, as a breakthrough technology for new profile control agent injection in Daqing oilfield. The device consists of a mechanic structure, a hydraulic system and automatic control system. Problems are solved, of asphalt suspension depositing on the inner surface of the valve and liquid injection cylinder, and the control system is designed. Tests show that the device satisfies the needs of field work and design requirements.
