摘要 电铸镍及镍基合金具有很多优异的性能,如高硬度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性、韧性及良好的力学性能等,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近年来镍及镍基合金(包括镍锰、镍钴、镍铁、镍磷和镍铜合金)电铸的研究现状与发展趋势。 The electroforming of Ni and its alloys electroforming has the features of high hardness, corrosion resistance, abrasive resistance and toughness, as well as good mechanical properties, and consequently wide application prospect. The research status and development trend of Ni and its alloys (including Ni-Mn, Ni-Co, Ni-Fe, NiP and Ni-Cu) electroforming were reviewed.
