联体带环在正畸临床中增强支抗的应用研究

Application of United bands in Anchorage Enhancing

目的探索一种简单、有效、经济的正畸支抗方法。方法安氏Ⅰ类错患者20例,拔除4颗第一双尖牙,试验组和对照组各10例,分别采用将第一、二恒磨牙带环焊接在一起或将相邻两个分开粘接的磨牙带环结扎在一起的方法来增强正畸支抗。通过头影测量和模型分析,比较正畸治疗前后2组上下颌第一恒磨牙及切牙的位置变化。结果治疗前后试验组上颌磨牙在近远中方向和龈方向上位置的变化量均比对照组小,差异有统计学意义;试验组上前牙在近远中方向上位置的变化量则比对照组大,差异有统计学意义。正畸治疗后试验组上颌第一恒磨牙近中移动量占拔牙间隙量的比例较对照组小,差异有统计学意义。结论对于磨牙不需垂直向调整、牙列中、重度拥挤或上颌(双颌)前突畸形的病例,联体带环可以有效控制上颌磨牙近中向的移动。

Objective To contrast the enhancing effect on anchorage between ligaturing and welding the two adjacent molar bands. Methods 20 Class Ⅰmalocclusion patients who need to be extracted four first premolars and need strong anchorages were divided into two groups randomly. In one group the anchorages were enhanced by welding the two adjacent molar bands （united-bands）, while in the other by ligaturing the two adjacent molar bands. The effects were evaluated by eephalometrie and model analyses. Results The position changes of the upper first molars were significantly fewer than those in the contrasts, while the changes of the upper central incisors were greater than those in the contrast. Conclusion For patients who need strong anchorages and fewer changes in the vertical plane, united-bands can control the upper molar effectively.
