M-CSF的表达与骨巨细胞瘤病理分级及生物学行为的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理学分级及生物学行为的相关性。方法:对58例骨巨细胞瘤进行Jaffe分级;采用组织学方法观察出血坏死、侵袭血管或周围组织,病例随访6月-6年确认是否复发;免疫组化SP法检测M-CSF在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达,半定量分析它们与肿瘤病理Jaffe分级及生物学行为之间的相关性。结果:Jaffe分级与肿瘤生物学行为无明显相关性;M-CSF表达与肿瘤的出血坏死、侵袭存在一定的相关性,而与肿瘤的复发无明显相关性;M-CSF表达强度与病理Jaffe分级呈负性相关关系。结论:通过检测骨巨细胞瘤中M-CSF的表达,可以协助进行肿瘤病理Jaffe分级,推断肿瘤的生物学行为并判断预后。 Objective: To study the correlation between expression of M-CSF in giant cell tumor (GCT) of bone and its patho-classification or biological behaviors. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of GCT was classified according to Jaffe classification. The hemorrhage, tumor necrosis or invasion, and recurrence were reviewed in six years' follow-up. The expression of M-CSF proteins were detected by SP immunohistochemistry and the correlation between the expression of M-CSF and the patho-classification or biological behaviors was analyzed. Results: Jaffe classification did not act rightly in according to biological behaviors of GCT, while the expression rates of M-CSF proteins correlated with the tumor invasion and recurrences to a certain degree. And there was a statistically negative correlation between the expression of M-CSF and Jaffe classification in giant cell tumor of bone. Conclusion: Detection of M-CSF expression might help determination of pathoclassification, biological behaviors, and prognosis of GCT.
