东北地区产业结构与就业结构协调度实证研究

The Positive Research on the Degree of Coordination between Industry Structure and Employment Structure of Northeast Area

本文通过对东北地区产业结构和就业结构的变动趋势及1980—2006年期间东北地区产业结构与就业结构的协调度分析,并与发达国家及地区的协调状况对比后,得出了东北地区产业结构与就业结构的协调程度低,且处于产业结构剧烈变动之后的恢复阶段的结论。在以上研究基础上,提出了促进产业结构和就业结构协调发展的相关对策。

Through analysis the changes progress of the northeast industrial structure and employment structure during the period of 1980-2006 in the Northeast Area. This thesis tries to compare the degree of coordination between Industrial structure and employment structure of northeast area with the developed countries and regions .And come to conclusion that the industrial structure and employment structure is the low level of coordination and the industrial structure is in the recovery phase. On this basis,this article proposed policys the development of relevant countermeasures, for industrial structure and and employment structure come to coordinate.
