摘要
环境风险评价从20世纪80年代以来就被发达国家纳入环境管理的范畴,我国目前也将其作为可能发生事故危险的建设项目环境管理的重要内容,特别是在化工行业。本文以某聚甲醛项目为例,对化工建设项目的环境风险评价的工作特点、内容和工作方法进行了初步探讨,通过风险识别及后果计算,为风险管理体系的建立提供指导。
Environment risk assessment has been brought into environmental management by developed country since 1980s, and consideration is also taken for the important content for project management which might result in accident at present in our country, especially in chemical industry. It takes a Polyformaldehyde Plant as an example to discuss the character, content and means of environmental risk assessment. It is a guideline to the establishment of risk management by identification and consequence calculation.
