摘要
中铝贵州分公司碳素厂第一焙烧车间采用重油作为燃料,排除大量的富含氟、硫、粉尘、焦油等有害因子的烟气。采用石灰乳作为污水处理药剂。并将石灰乳大量循环补充到烟气净化系统,完成相应流程改造。克服了CaCl_2处理流程的堵塞管道、再生水补充量大、油泥沉积量大、液碱消耗量大、药剂带入的Cl^-和Na^+对水质造成二次污染、人工加药量大等缺点,实现降污减排,降本增效,提高了流程运行的稳定性,烟气排放持续达标、污水处理率100%,污水再循环率100%。
Heavy oil is used as fuel for anode baking of carbon plant in Chalco Guizhou Branch, discharging large amounts of vent gas containing rich fluorine, sulfur, dust, tar oil, etc. After lime milk is used as agent to treat contaminated water, large amount of lime milk is filled into gas scrubbing system, relevant process has been modified, all of these have solved the problems and faults such as piping blockage of CaCl2 treatment process, large demands of recycled water, large deposition of oiled mud,large consumption of liquid soda, chemicals flowing to Cl^- and Na^+ , which will cause the second pollution to water quality, large quantity of manual chemical feedings, resulting in reducing pollution and emission, decreasing cost and increasing efficiency, enhancing operation stability of process, discharged gas having reached to emission standard, contaminated water having reached to emission standard by 100 %, and contaminated water having been recycled by 100 %.
