摘要
探索了从烧结钕铁硼磁体的废料中回收Nd2O3的工艺流程。根据废料中所含元素的化学性质,分别采用了硫酸复盐沉淀法及草酸盐二次沉淀法来回收Nd2O3,并比较了不同回收方法对杂质含量和回收率的影响,得出了简单可行、效益良好的工艺条件。试验结果表明,采用硫酸复盐沉淀法,稀土元素沉淀比较完全,所得产品纯度较高,且Nd2O3的回收率可达82%以上。
The process flowsheet of Nd2O3 recovery from the scrap of sintered NdFeB magnet is studied. Based on the chemical properties of the elements in the scrap, Na2SO4 double-salt precipitation and oxalate secondary precipitation were employed in Nd2O3 recovery respectively. Both the impurity content and recovery rate are compared between the different recovery methods to obtain simple and feasible process conditions of high benefit. The test results show that rare earth elements are precipitated more completely by Na2SO4 double-salt precipitation, the product also has a higher purity and the Nd2O3 recovery is more than 82%.
