正在研制的表面等离子体振子共振免疫传感器,用于测量血清中的抗原和抗体的迅速结合,它的共振灵敏度比光学技术的灵敏度高达7倍.所以它是一种新型的生物传感器技术、具有广泛的应用前景.
This paper studies immunosensor by SPR.It is used to measurement the rapid combine of the antibody and antigen in the serum.SPR sensitivity is over seven times more than that of optical techniques.So it is a kind of novel biosensor thechnique,and it will have broader prospective applicability.
