关于福建农村基层文化建设的思考

On the Cultural Construction of Rural Grass-roots in Fujian

当前农村基层文化处于新旧交替的"青黄不接"时期,传统文化活动的地位遭到削弱,先进文化则仍游离于农民的文化生活之外。在这种情况下,加强农村文化建设,一方面要继续发挥传统文化活动在满足农民文化生活方面的重要作用;另一方面,在农村创建一个承旧迎新的平台,使先进文化在传统文化的外壳下,以农民喜闻乐见的方式扎根农村,成为农民文化生活的一个组成部分。

At present, rural culture is in a temporary shortage of new and old culture replacement. Status of traditional culture is weakened and advanced culture is out of the way of peasant＇s cultural life. Under the circumstances, to reinforce the rural culture construction, on one hand, it is need to continuously play the role of traditional culture which entertains the peasant. On the other hand, it is need to establish the terrace of welcoming new arrivals and continuing old things to make the advanced culture be accepted by peasant under the help of traditional culture.
