股骨远端A型和C型骨折手术治疗方法的研究

Operative Treatment for Fracture of Type A and C of Distal Femur

目的探讨研究股骨远端A型和C型骨折手术治疗的方法,合理选用内固定,提高手术疗效。方法2000年1月～2006年6月手术治疗58例A型或C型股骨远端骨折。结果患者随访时间9～36个月,均获得骨性愈合,无内固定物断裂、感染等并发症发生。按HSS评分标准:优23例,良28例,可6例,差1例。结论手术治疗股骨远端A型和C型骨折可以取得满意的疗效,应根据股骨远端骨折的特点选择合适的内固定方式,手术时尽可能取得满意的复位和坚强的内固定,同时不能忽视早期患肢的康复训练。

Objective To inveatigate the operative methods for type A and C fracture of distal femur, select internal fixations reasonably and improve clinical outcomes. Methods From January 2000 to June 2006, 58 patients with type A or C fracture of distal femur were treated operatively and all patients were followed up. Results Follow- up lasted from 9 months to 36 months and complete fracture union was obtained for every patient. There were no complications such as internal fixation breakage and infection. According to HSS, 23 cases were excellent, 28 good, 6 fair, and 1 poor. Conclusion The satisfactory clinical outcome can be obtained by operative treatment for type A and C fracture of distal femur. An appropriate selection of internal fixation is based on characteristics of distal femur fractures. The satisfactory clinical outcome is dependent not only on anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixation but also on early postoperative rehabilitation.
