兔鼻窦炎模型造模方法比较及应用 被引量:1

摘要 人类鼻窦炎是一个复杂性疾病,不同的病因、发病机制以及遗传因素限制了对鼻窦炎的研究,在这种情况下就需要建立鼻窦炎动物模型。兔是最常用的造模动物,其鼻及鼻窦解剖结构与人类相似,且已经被大量学者用来研究人类鼻窦炎的病理生理等。本文主要从兔解剖,造模方法的产生,发展以及新模型的产生方面进行综述。
