摘要 对羊绒织物喷墨印花进行研究,在总结工艺过程的基础上,基于目前喷墨印花产品中出现的诸多问题,主要针对喷墨印花过程中出现的渗化现象,分析其产生的原因,得出解决方案。对前处理浆料中的糊料和助剂不同作用进行分析,结合上浆工艺参数,对浆料不同组分的配比进行试验,优化水洗的后处理工艺过程,同时调整机器的高度、分辨率及方向等工艺参数,在减少出现渗化现象的条件下,得出前处理浆料、后处理水洗和机器参数相结合的最优工艺。 This paper mainly researchs digital printing of cashmere fabric, in basis of the process of the digital printing and many problems in the digital printing. It covers bleeding in the process of the digital printing and analyses the reasons, and works out the solutions. According to analyse the filling of the proprocess and parameter of the last-process, it gets the best process in the pro-process, last-process and the processing parameter of machine in process of the digital printing of cashmere fabric, includes analyzing and testing different elements of the filling, high of the machine and so on.
