独生子女群体与教育改革--我国独生子女状况研究报告 被引量:45

The Only-child Group and Educational Reform——A Survey Report on Status of the Only-child Group in China

摘要 独生子女群体日益增大,正在成为我国教育与社会发展面临的一个重要现象。与非独生子女相比,独生子女拥有学习条件等方面的优势,独生子女在成长过程中也面临许多新情况和新问题,与非独生子女存在某些差异,但这些差异并非与生俱来,主要源自后天环境(家庭、学校和社会)的影响。对独生子女群体的认识和评价应当本着客观、实事求是的态度,要针对独生子女群体的特点,在深化教育教学改革,加强家庭和全社会协作等方面采取有力的对策措施,为独生子女群体和广大青少年的健康成长提供更加良好的社会环境。 The growing of only-child group is becoming one of the important phenomena of educational and social de velopment in China. Compared with non-only-child group, only-child group has its advantages in terms of learning conditions while facing quite a few new situations and challenges. The differences between the two groups are formed by environments (including family, school and society) instead of inherent characteristics. The understanding and evaluation on the only-child group should be based on objective, practical and realistic attitudes. Powerful measures should be taken on the basis of aiming at the characteristics of the only-child group, to provide better social environment for the healthy growth of only-child group as well as the vast majority of young people, in the respects of deepening the reform of education and teaching, and strengthening the collaboration of the family and all walks of society.
